Returns & Refunds
At Velouria Haven, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them
- Items must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

How to request a return:
Email us at: hello@velouriahaven.com with your order number and reason for return.  
We will send you return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.  
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
